This is the problem currently keeping me from dual-wield. Ricky Meehan Posts: 3364 Joined: Wed 5:42 pm I'm unsure if this is a glitch or a design feature, but either way its a bummer. I would really like to be able to seamlessly switch between dagger/axe to spell/axe and back. However, when i try to go back to the dual wield setup using my axe hot key, just the axe comes up and the spell remains. If I hit a hotkey set to a spell, both weapons go away, and out comes the spell. The problem lies in switching to a spell. For example: When i have an iron axe and a dagger equipped with a hotkey set to my axe, then switch to a bow, and come back to the axe using the hotkey, my character will pull out both the axe and the dagger.

Skyrim will remember setups, slightly, it seems. Or even bind my left handed weapon, say, to the 1 key, and my right handed weapon to the 2. Would really like to see a way of being able to bind a dual wield setup to a single hotkey. Odman this looked like a potential fix for an issue I'm having, but turns out its not.
